Terms

These terms govern desk work offered by Logic Access Line through logicaccessline.click. By sending a reservation request or paying an agreed fee you accept them. If you do not, do not book the desk.

The work

We provide collector support: issue dossiers, mint-window accompaniment, anthology mapping, reading-order sittings, and related correspondence. We do not sell Guardians NFT comics, mint tokens, custody wallets, or give investment advice. Publisher mint prices are paid by you to the publisher.

Booking and fees

A written reply from the desk confirming a date and fee is the engagement. Fees are as discussed for that issue or sitting. Informational prices on the fees page may change for future work; they do not alter an already confirmed brief.

Your responsibilities

You keep control of your own wallet. You never send a seed phrase or private key. You follow the drop listing we briefed, including issue number. If you mint the wrong listing after we have read the heading with you, that mint is yours to unwind.

Intellectual property

Issue dossiers and anthology maps we write for you may be kept for your personal filing. You may not republish them as a guide or resell them. Marvel characters, issue titles, and cover art remain with their owners. We claim no licence to those works beyond fair descriptive reference in collector notes.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for missed mints caused by publisher outages, your connection, marketplace queues, or a decision to hesitate. Our liability for desk work is limited to the fee you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for changes in listing prices after you mint or fail to mint.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from desk work booked through this site, without prejudice to any consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms for future engagements. The version linked on the day you confirm a brief applies to that brief.
