Refunds

These rules cover fees paid to Logic Access Line for desk work. They do not cover publisher mint prices, marketplace purchases, or prints, because we never charge those.

Eligibility

A refund applies to our fee when we have not yet started the named work, or when we cancel because the desk cannot sit the mint hour we confirmed.

Timeframe

Ask within fourteen days of payment for work that has not started. After a dossier has been sent, or after a sitting has begun, the fee for that piece of work is no longer fully refundable.

Full or partial

Full refund: you cancel before we begin the issue dossier, gap audit, or sitting, or we cancel for lack of desk capacity. Partial refund: we have written part of a dossier and you stop; we keep a share equal to hours already spent, billed at 1,800 THB per hour, and return the rest. Collector-desk months: cancel before the next month’s start for a full stop; no refund of a month already underway once the first scheduled hour has happened.

Non-refundable

Time already spent on a live mint window. A completed reading-order sitting. A finished anthology map. A drop you missed because you joined the call late or used a different listing than the one we briefed.

Process

Write to info@logicaccessline.click with the issue title, the date we confirmed, and whether you want to cancel or reschedule. We confirm in writing what will be returned.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds go back by the same method you paid, within ten Bangkok working days after we agree the amount.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Reading-order sittings may be moved once if you give at least twenty-four hours’ notice. Drop reservations cannot move to a different issue without a new fee, because the dossier is issue-specific. If the publisher moves the listed window, we sit the new hour at no extra desk fee.

Deposits and no-shows

The drop reservation fee is a deposit that converts into the fee for the brief. If you do not attend the readiness call and do not answer during the mint hour, the fee is kept; we still send whatever dossier existed. Sitting no-shows without notice are not refunded.

Work already started and materials

Once pages of a dossier or map exist, that labour is started work. We do not buy physical materials for you, so there is no materials restocking line. Prints you make yourself are outside these rules.
