Logic Access Line is the data controller for personal information sent through logicaccessline.click or to info@logicaccessline.click. We handle collector correspondence, not advertising profiles.
What we collect
Name, email, optional telephone, the desk work you selected, issue numbers, drop dates, and the holdings lists or screenshots you choose to send. If you volunteer a wallet address for a readiness check we store it as a string in your brief; we never ask for seed phrases and will delete any that arrive by accident.
Why
We use this information to reply, write dossiers, sit mint hours, map anthologies, and keep a log of what we already briefed so we do not duplicate work. Legal bases are the contract for paid desk work and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Retention
Enquiry mail that does not become a booking is kept for twelve months. Paid briefs, including issue logs we produced, are kept for six years for accounting and to answer later questions about the same run. You may ask for a holdings screenshot to be deleted sooner; we will keep the minimum needed to show the work was done.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of what we hold, and you may object to processing that is not required for a live brief. Write to info@logicaccessline.click. You may also complain to the personal-data authority in Thailand.
International transfers
The desk sits in Thailand. Email and file tools may store copies on servers outside Thailand. When that happens we rely on the provider’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. Do not send material you are unwilling to have copied in those systems.
